1- A church represents our feelings about organised religion. In dreams it can be a placc of sanctuary, particularly in the sense that we can have a shared belief with other people. This may be as much to do with a shared moral code as with a code of personal behaviour.
2- A church building may or may not be considered to be beautiful, but its image links with our appreciation of beautiful objects which mark and enhance our sense of worship. We link with the forces of life within us which enable us to live life more fully.
3- A church becomes a ‘world centre’ since it marks all that is holy and essential in our lives.
